LEarn to lift

A 16 week Learn To Lift programme designed for anyone looking to learn The Snatch, Clean and Split Jerk techniques as well as developing strength in supplementary movements which will aid your weightlifting ability. Three sessions per week are programmed for you within the TrainHeroic app, and i’ll review your progress and provide feedback.


The only equipment you’ll need will be:

  • Plastic or wooden dowel
  • Barbell
  • Bumper Plates
  • Squat Rack
