Digbeth Barbell Club is a dedicated lifting club in Digbeth, Birmingham. It exists to promote the safe practice of Olympic Weightlifting in the city centre.
Digbeth Barbell Club aims to help lifters at all levels, from novices looking to Learn to Lift, to those representing our club in Weightlifting and CrossFit competitions.
Connor is the Head Coach and runs multiple group sessions that form the core training for weightlifters at all levels.

LEARN TO LIFT:
This class is for those that have little to no experience with the Weightlifting movements and are looking to learn the basics of the Snatch, Clean and Split Jerk, and is delivered over six weeks.
