my Mission & story

As a BWL qualified weightlifting coach and qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach, my mission is to help you achieve your goals, whether those goals are based on general strength and conditioning or sports performance. 

For the past decade I have been an enabler of sporting success; I have competitive experience in both weightlifting and swimming, and delivered strength and conditioning training for adult and youth athletes at recreational level up to international Rugby Union. 

I offer coaching through face-to-face training, online and group sessions. Since 2020 I have managed my own weightlifting club in the West Midlands to inspire individuals to try out weightlifting to develop both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. Not being based in the West Midlands isn’t a problem – i have developed online weightlifting training programmes for international athletes from Dubai, Japan, USA and Ireland to improve technique, strength and overall performance.
